"The aim of sustainable building is primarily quality – and this in a comprehensive perspective. Sustainable buildings are economically efficient, environmentally friendly and save resources. They are comfortable and healthy for their users, and fit optimally into their socio-cultural environment. That is why sustainable building retain their high value for the long term - for investors, owners and users.

Building are responsible for about one third of resource consumption in Germany. This also applies to CO² emissions, waste generation, etc. Given climate policy objectives and resource scarcity, legal and normative regulations can be expected to increase significantly around the world."
