We combine expertise, project experience, conceptual strength and IT equipment to develop new, filigree supporting structures that reduce the cost of materials and supplies, e.g. in steel and steel composite construction, in the application of structural glass, and in timber engineering, e.g. our unique development of point-supported flat slabs made of solid wood.

Our team meets the highest demands regarding aesthetics and functionality where engineering and design are closest, i.e. in temporary structures for exhibitions and events. Our exhibition buildings set standards, minimizing weight, extremely quick to assemble and disassemble, at the same time innovative, visually striking and brand-conscious.

The cost of a building is determined from the moment conceptual ideas are produced in the first design phase. Years of experience of consistently keeping an eye on cost allow us to optimize supporting structures to create the best possible value.

In times of increasing open space scarcity and conservation awareness, integrating old and new buildings is growing more important, as is the restoration of historic buildings. Here challenging tasks arise due to difficult gutting, renovations, steel/glass statics and challenging expertises for approval procedures that require the participating engineers to demonstrate a great deal of sensitivity, experience and creativity.

In industrial and commercial construction what counts is industry experience, expertise and creativity. Our engineers have already built countless projects for industry, trade and commerce. This is an area in which versatility and conceptual flexibility are key.

Innovative design and the reduction to what is functionally necessary characterizes projects that are not part of the classical responsibilities of the engineering firms. For bridges, objects and interior design, we are dedicated to the purist aesthetic of construction.

We bring experience, expertise and objectivity to tasks such as restoration after fire or structural damage, expert assessments and independent consulting. This also includes handling difficult consent procedures sensitively. In 2003 we added a certified expert for the German Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV) to our team. And in 2009 Professor Kirsch was appointed Special Engineer for Building Redevelopment.
